Ronja Kempin is a Senior Fellow in the Research Division EU / Europe of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). Her research interests include security and defence policy.
Paul Maurice is a Research Fellow at the Study Committee on Franco-German Relations (Cerfa) at the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri). His research focuses on German domestic politics, foreign and security policy, and Franco-German relations.
